K\u00fcrzlich wurden diese von Red Bull zum <a title=\"Red Bull\" href=\"http:\/\/www.redbull.com\/ch\/de\/stories\/1331648020416\/gardasee-%E2%80%93-der-schlechteste-bikespot-aller-zeiten\" target=\"_blank\">schlechtesten Bikespot aller Zeiten<\/a> gek\u00fcrt.<\/p>\n<p>OK, wir geh\u00f6ren nicht zu den Typen, die das Biken auf hirnlosen Murmelbahnen gelernt haben, f\u00fcr die sinnlose Brettergestelle Trails darstellen und die Schwierigkeiten einer Abfahrt an der Zahl und H\u00f6he der Spr\u00fcnge messen.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-3100 gallery-columns-3 Limone\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Wir sind dagegen auf der Suche nach besonderen Dingen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren lange Auffahrten aus eigener Kraft ohne Seilbahn und Shuttle. Wir st\u00f6ren uns nicht an den Hundertschaften an der Ponale, den Anf\u00e4ngern, M\u00e4dels, Kindern und Treckingradfahrern denen Panorama und sch\u00f6nes Wetter wichtiger ist, als der Adrenalinkick auf der Abfahrt. Wir finden aber auch einsame Ecken, wo man den ganzen Tag keinen anderen Biker trifft. Wir lieben technische Trails, enge Spitzkehren, losen Schotter, scharfkantigen und verblockten Fels. Gerne auch mal am Abgrund, in der Todeszone, auf der Demutspassage oder in den Freefall-Kehren. Wir fahren den Monte Altissiomo mit schweren Bikes in knapp \u00fcber drei Stunden hoch und haben Spa\u00df daran, die 2000 H\u00f6henmeter lange Abfahrt des legend\u00e4ren 601 m\u00f6glichst NoFoot zu bew\u00e4tigen. Wir genie\u00dfen den Seeblick, die Pizza am Abend und das Eis im quirligen Get\u00fcmmel von Torbole. Wir fahren auch mal auf der Stra\u00dfe von Limone nach Riva, wenn das Schiff mal wieder keine Biker mitnimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Wohlgemerkt, wir kennen sch\u00f6ne Alternativen. Zermatt und St Moritz sind Ende Mai noch im Schnee versunken. Neuseeland, La Palma und Norwegen sind etwas weit weg. Das Allg\u00e4u und Graub\u00fcnden locken ebenfalls erst im Sommer. Der Monte Grappa ist klasse, Brixen, das Vinschgau ebenfalls. Ja, Finale hat auch was.<\/p>\n<p>Aber Gardasee muss sein. Es geht auch ohne Mecki\u00b4s, aber nicht ohne 601. Am Gardasee trifft man alles was sich Biker schimpft. Vom Carbon-29er-Hardtailracer, \u00fcber den Downhiller, die Familientourer bis hin zum Mitsechziger auf antiquarischem Material mit Cantibremsen und 30 cm Lenkerbreite. Von Eisdielenbiker bis zum Bikebergsteiger. Vom Shulltedownhiller bis zum Asphaltabfahrer am Altissimo. Der Sport ist bunt und vielseitig.
